Refund & Return Policy


By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

  • Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
  • Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler and are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
  • Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
  • All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.

Returns and Exchanges:

I do not accept exchanges

  • Contact me within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order made by an error in my part. 
  • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

I don't accept returns or cancellations

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom Orders:

Payment for custom orders, are required up front. NO EXCEPTION. An invoice will be sent, upon approval of the order form.
